  We are currently on a family trip traveling to Gatlinburg all the way from Dayton OH, and one of our kids had thrown up all over himself, the car seat and the car. It was not a lovely sight. We came in seeing if there was a family restroom but unfortunately there was not. We continued to the women's room to do our best to clean up the baby.
  While in there unsure of where to start a Manger was already in the restroom. She immediately did her best to help and got us towels and rags to help him get clean off instead of continuously rolling out paper towels. She was so kind, patient, and hospitable. Her name was Jessica Rounour (sp?) And she is an RGM. She honestly wowed us and impressed with how much she went through to help us quickly and efficiently clean him up, along with giving us extra rags for him to sit on and be wrapped in so he wouldn't get cold for the rest of the trip. So thank you miss Jessica! You are what a leader should be and hopefully we can come back to the same Pilot!

  Shower was clean and nice, but I loosed 2 bucks trying to get wifi, its not working properly, extremely slow and its a rip off. Disapointed again.
